Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your SnugSlope order. If something is not right, just email us at snugslope@gmail.com and a real person will help.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you can change your mind and withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive your order, without giving a reason. To do this, email us at snugslope@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw. We will then send you the return instructions and the return address.

Please send the item back within 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning the item. Please keep it unused and in its original packaging, and take reasonable care of it. We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check what it is and how it works.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item back, or you have shown proof that you sent it, before refunding. The refund goes to the payment method you used for the order.

Damaged, defective or not as described

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not as described, email us with your order number and photos of the problem. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping where a return is needed. You also keep the legal rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the statutory guarantee for faulty goods.
