Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to the countries we deliver to in the European Union.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. Your items ship from our partner warehouse, so delivery can occasionally take longer. If your order is running late, we will email you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email. If you ordered more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and import fees

If your carrier asks you to pay customs or import fees on delivery, please contact us at snugslope@gmail.com before paying and we will help.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel is lost, damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, email us with your order number and we will sort it out with you.
